水無瀬氏成〈みなせうじなり・1571-1644〉は、兼成（かねなり）の子。水無瀬の家名は、藤原道隆（みちたか）から６代の中納言親信（ちかのぶ）が、山城国（京都府）水無瀬の地に住んだことに由来する。その家格は羽林家（大納言・中納言・参議まで昇進できるもの。また、近衛の中・少将を兼ねる）の一つで、代々、大納言を極官とした。氏成は56歳で権中納言を極めている。72歳で出家、法名は是空（ぜくう）。書は、三条流の名手と謳われた父兼成の書風を受け継ぎながらも、独特の書法、字形に氏成の個性が発揮されている。
