柳原資廉〈やなぎわらすけかど・1644-1712〉は、江戸時代の公卿。柳原資行の二男。母は園基音のむすめ。天和元年〈1681〉権大納言、宝永５年〈1708〉従一位に昇った。武家伝奏を勤めて、元禄14年〈1701〉浅野内匠頭長矩が御馳走役に当たったときの、勅使である。これは、資廉が右中弁であった、寛文９年〈1669〉から同11年までの間に書かれた詩懐紙である。26歳から28歳当時である。「春の日、同じく「水樹多佳趣」ということを賦す詩題中に韻を取る／右中弁藤原資廉／維水春深君子樹緑陰窺映気弥和佳哉貞操千年寿幾献禁池□賀多」
