坊城俊清〈ぼうじょうとしきよ・1667-1743〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権大納言坊城俊広〈としひろ・1626-1702〉の二男。初名は俊安。元禄元年〈1688〉に兄・俊方〈としかた・1662-?〉が出奔したため、家督を相続した。翌年には俊清と改名。以後累進して宝永８年〈1711〉に権大納言、元文元年〈1736〉には従一位となった。この懐紙は、元禄９年〈1696〉正月24日の御会始での詠である。蔵人頭左中弁には、同７年に任ぜられている。御会始開催時、かれは30歳であった。「春の日、同じく「若菜、時を知る」ということを詠める和歌／蔵人頭左中弁藤原俊清／君が恵みあまねきはるの時をえて萌る若菜をつむもうれしき」
