松木宗条〈まつのきむねなが・1625-1700〉は、江戸時代の公卿。松木宗保の子。母は広橋兼勝のむすめ。始め宗良と名乗る。承応３年〈1654〉宗条と改名した。延宝３年〈1675〉正二位に叙せられ、元禄元年〈1688〉内大臣に任ぜられたが辞した。この和歌懐紙は、延宝５年〈1677〉１月19日の御会始で書かれたもの。当時、宗条は散位であったため、「正二位」と官位のみを記している。このとき53歳。「春の日、同じく「春情有鴬」ということを詠める和歌／正二位藤原宗條／のどけしな千里の外もうぐひすの声に春しる春の心は」
