千種有功〈ちぐさありこと・1797-1854〉は、江戸時代後期の公卿、歌人。千種有条〈ちぐさありえだ・1763-1813〉の子。号は千々廼舎。文政10年〈1827〉左近衛権中将、天保３年〈1832〉正三位に至る。はじめ一条忠良に、次いで飛鳥井家や有栖川宮職仁親王・久世通理らに師事して和歌を学んだ。また、堂上派に属しながら、香川景樹・賀茂季鷹・橘千蔭らの歌人とも交わった。博学と宏才のほどが偲ばれる詠風で、家集『千々廼舎集』が没した翌年に出版されたほか、古今集の句を取って詠んだ『ふるかがみ』や、唐詩選の五言、七言絶句を短歌に詠んだ『和漢草』などがある。四条派の画家・松村景文に学び、絵もまた能くした。これは、位署から有功が36歳以降に書いた詠草である。筆の表裏を使い、瀟洒な装飾性をもつ書である。「蚊遣火／正三位有功／涼みとる夕顔棚の下なれど蚊火の煙はすべなかりけり」
蚊遣火正三位有功すゞみとる夕がほたなのしたなれどかひのけぶりはすべなかりけり
