水無瀬兼俊〈1593-1656〉は、江戸時代前期の公卿。権中納言氏成〈1571-1644〉の子。慶安元年〈1648〉、56歳で、左兵衛督のまま権中納言に昇進した。祖父兼成〈1514-1602〉が三条西公条の子である血脈から、兼俊は、三条西実隆（公条の父）を祖とする三条流の書風を継承する。この懐紙は、寛永３年〈1626〉９月８日、京都二条城に後水尾天皇の行幸を仰いだ時の和歌会で詠まれたもの。兼俊34歳の筆と知る。「秋の日、二条第に行幸するに侍り、同じく竹、遐年を契る」ということを詠める和歌／左近衛権中将藤原兼俊／君が代になをかけ高く栄へゆかん竹はすぐなる道にひかれて」
