虚空蔵菩薩は、宇宙の如く広大無辺の功徳をもって、衆生の願いを叶えさせる菩薩として古くから信仰を集めた。そこで、記憶力の増大を願う虚空蔵求聞持法と、無尽蔵なる福徳と智慧を授かることを求める虚空蔵法（福徳法）の修法の本尊として、時代を超えて数多く制作された。虚空蔵菩薩は、さまざまな姿にあらわされるが、本画像は、五智宝冠を頭に頂き、大月輪を背景に蓮台に結跏趺坐する。右手には火焔をもつ宝剣を、左手には如意宝珠を置いた開敷蓮華を執る。賦彩の色合いなどから室町時代・15世紀の制作と思われる。上部に３行に書写される梵字は、虚空蔵菩薩の真言で、後世に加えられたものである。

As a prototype feature, the Keio Object Hub uses AI (machine learning) to generate keywords for searches and filtering.

For the first launch, Google Cloud's Vision API will be used to analyze the images of each object and automatically generate keywords.
