頼三樹三郎〈らいみきさぶろう・1825-59〉は、幕末の儒者。頼山陽〈らいさんよう・1780-1832〉の三男。名は醇（じゅん）、字は子厚（しこう）・子春（ししゅん）。三樹三郎は通称。ほかに三木八・三樹八郎とも称した（いずれも出生地の京都三本木にちなむ）。鴨崖（おうがい）・古狂生（こきょうせい）などを号した。８歳で父に死別、以後は高弟後藤松陰〈ごとうしょういん・1797-1864〉・篠崎小竹〈しのざきしょうちく・1781-1851〉に学ぶ。その後江戸・東北・蝦夷の各地を遊学、嘉永２年〈1849〉に京都に帰って家塾を守りながら、梁川星巌〈やながわせいがん・1789-1858〉・梅田雲濱〈うめだうんぴん・1815-1859〉など尊皇の士と交わりながら国事に奔走、安政の大獄に連座して、伝馬町の獄で斬首、35歳の短い波瀾の人生を閉じた。これは自詠の七言絶句。語意ならびに田能村直入〈たのむらちょくにゅう・1814-1907〉の箱書から、直入に与えた詩幅であったと思われる。かれは狂生を号するほど気性の激しい性格の持ち主であったようだ。が、この筆跡にはその僻は見られない。比較的穏やかな筆致である。
硬語盤空々意気。細論亦可欠推敲。煉磨不理一条銕。直入波濤誰斬蛟。（印）「頼醇之印」（印）「子春氏」
