極札の裏面や折紙、また「鑑定家印譜」には、斜めや半分で切れた印が存在しています。これは古筆見たちが鑑定書を出した際に、手元の管理帳簿と跨いで捺した割印なのです。極札は無数に存在していますが、現存する帳簿は極めて珍しく、古筆本家資料の中にも、了信の活動を伝える近代のノートを中心とする12冊しか確認できません。和装の仮綴本は、共紙表紙の中央に了信の筆で「極折紙扣/即色菴」と記されている、この昭和20・21年分と同22年分との2冊しかありません。中を見ると日記形式で雑然と記されています。1冊目の最初には、「一月三日/一 狩野探幽守信 雪持竹之短冊之画/冷泉殿為綱卿 短冊之哥一首 夕まくれふる名」と記されて、朱の割印が捺されるといった具合です。大戦末期から終戦の混乱期の貴重な情報であり、三井家から依頼された石山切11枚や、新たに分割した新名物切など、興味深い対象が目白押しです。（佐々木）

As a prototype feature, the Keio Object Hub uses AI (machine learning) to generate keywords for searches and filtering.
For the first launch, Google Cloud's Vision API will be used to analyze the images of each object and automatically generate keywords.
