中山康親〈なかやまやすちか・1485-1538〉は、宣親〈のぶちか・1458-1517〉の子。左少将・左中将・蔵人頭と順調に昇進し、永正８年〈1511〉27歳にして参議となる。大永６年〈1526〉には権大納言に任ぜられた。が、享禄元年〈1528〉９月（44歳）、一切の職を辞す。天文７年〈1538〉、54歳で生涯を閉じた。康親は、尊鎮（そんちん）流より分派したとされる三条流の書を修めている。この短冊の歌題は別筆。
