飛鳥井雅親〈あすかいまさちか・1417-90〉は、権中納言雅世〈まさよ・1390-1452〉の長男。飛鳥井家の一系は、和歌と蹴鞠の名手であった雅経〈まさつね・1170-1221〉以来、両道を家職として受け継いだ。雅親は父の指導を受けその名声は高く、将軍家をはじめとして多くの公卿・地方大名の歌鞠（かきく）師範をつとめた。文明５年〈1473〉に出家し、法名を栄雅（えいが）と称した。家集『亜槐集（あかいしゅう）』のほか、『和歌道しるべ』『和歌入学抄』『古今栄雅抄』など、多くの著作を残している。雅親は書にも巧みで、飛鳥井流（栄雅流）の祖として知られる。上代様を規範にした流麗な書は、公卿・武家・僧侶・連歌師など幅広い階層に迎えられ、多くの追随者を輩出した。「栄雅」の署名のものは、出家後の57歳以降（74歳で没）の筆跡になる。闊達な筆の動きに、当代随一の力量のほどが窺われる。これは前記『亜槐集』に入集する歌。
