花山院常雅〈かざんいんつねまさ・1700-71〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権大納言花山院実持の子。延享４年〈1747〉従一位に進み、寛延２年〈1749〉右大臣に任ぜられた。かれは詩文に秀で、儒学者・伊藤東涯を敬慕した。東涯が亡くなると、その弟の蘭嵎に墓碑銘を贈ったという。この詩懐紙は、常雅が権大納言に任ぜられた、享保８年〈1723〉以後に書かれたものである。「重陽に同じく「人情皆向菊」ということを賦す一首「人」字を用いて便とす／権大納言藤原常雅／一叢黄菊露香新陪賞縦観多少人幸入叡詞承御愛重陽却勝艶陽辰」
