勘解由小路光潔〈かでのこうじみつきよ・1698-1732〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権大納言勘解由小路韶光の子。享保12年〈1727〉右中弁、同16年に従三位に任ぜられた。この詩懐紙は、光潔が権右中弁であった、享保７年〈1722〉から、右中弁となるまでの間に書かれたものである。「重陽に同じく「人情皆向菊」ということを賦す詩「人」字を用いて便とす／権右中弁藤原光潔／喜見籬頭露蕊新芳姿冷艶自精神挙觴相共祝遐筭応效南陽酈縣人」
