澤忠量〈さわただかず・1673-1754〉は、江戸時代の公卿。伏原宣幸の次男。享保13年〈1728〉従三位にすすみ、伏原家から分家して澤を氏姓とした。宝暦２年〈1752〉従二位に進んだ。この詩懐紙は、忠量が正徳２年〈1712〉右衛門佐に任ぜられてからの、40歳以降の書である。「重陽に同じく「人情皆向菊」ということを賦す詩「人」字を用いて便とす／右衛門佐清原忠量／黄菊倣霜香気新世間何處不相親簪紳風藻賞佳節採摘伝盃酔幾人」
