日野光慶〈ひのみつよし・1591-1630〉は、江戸時代の公卿、歌人。権大納言日野資勝の子。母は烏丸光宣のむすめ。元和５年〈1619〉権中納言に任ぜられ、翌６年には従二位に叙された。自筆の『日野光慶詠草』１冊が宮内庁書陵部に伝来する。この和歌懐紙は、元和８年〈1622〉７月７日に開催の和歌御会で詠まれたもの。光慶は32歳であった。「秋の日、同じく「名所七夕」ということを詠める倭謌／権中納言藤原光慶／契ありて今宵名におふ星崎にさして寄するも海士の河舟」
