風早実種〈かざはやさねたね・1632-1710〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権大納言・姉小路公景の次男。母は西洞院時慶のむすめ。実種は姉小路家から分かれて風早家をおこした。寛永12年〈1635〉叙爵、正保元年〈1644〉元服し、従五位上に叙す。正二位・権中納言に至る。茶道を千宗旦に学んで茶礼を受け、花筒、茶杓などを製作した。また、香道を烏丸光広に学び、風早流を興した。この懐紙は、三首の和歌を記す。実種が従二位であった期間は、天和元年〈1681〉から元禄14年〈1701〉までで、50歳から70歳の間に書かれたものである。「冬日同詠三首和歌／従二位藤原実種／椎柴冬深き霜をも知らでかたをかの椎の葉柴のみさほなる陰／都雪春のみに心は寄せじ目離れせぬ霜をも花の都とは愛で／切恋わりなしやいづちやらばと思ふその心もいとど忘られぬ人」
