海住山高清〈かいじゅせんたかきよ・1435-88〉は、室町時代の公卿。歌人。海住山家は、高清の父・清房が九条家から分かれた家。高清は康正３年〈1457〉越後権守に任ぜられ、以後累進し、文明７年〈1475〉従二位、同12年には権大納言に任ぜられた。文明13年〈1481〉ころから後土御門天皇を中心とする宮廷歌会や、近衛家での歌会、義政、義尚らの幕府歌会、あるいは連歌会などにしばしば参加した。当時の代表的同上歌人である。かれには嗣子がなく、家は断絶した。この詩懐紙は、権大納言に任ぜられた文明12年〈1480〉以降に書かれたものである。高清の歌壇での活躍もめざましい時期にあたる。「冬の日、同じく「梅塢微雪」ということを賦す詩／権大納言藤原高清／早梅瀟洒小横斜玉屑點枝寒更加一塢香浮昏月後花□微雪□粧庵」
