四条隆安〈しじょうたかやす・1663-1720〉は、江戸時代の公卿。山科言行の二男。初名は言通。寛文11年〈1671〉、その前年に没した四条隆音の養子となり、四条家を嗣ぐ。同年、隆盈と改名した。さらに貞享３年〈1686〉には、隆安と改名した。元禄５年〈1692〉従三位に進み、享保二年〈1717〉権中納言に任ぜられた。四条家は料理調進の宗家で、四条流包丁の家として知られた。この和歌懐紙は、三首を記すもの。延宝７年〈1679〉左中将に任ぜられてから、隆安の改名以前の、17歳から24歳の間に書かれたものである。「冬の日、同じく「三首和歌」を詠める／左近衛権中将藤原隆盈／椎柴いかなれば朝夕霜を重ねても同じ色なる峯の椎柴／都雪み山にはさそつの空の都だに消えぬかうべのけさのしら雪／切恋後の世と契りも置かぬわが仲にうしやはかるく消えむ命は」
