平松時量〈ひらまつときかず・1627-1704〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権中納言平松時庸の子。母は日野資勝のむすめ。延宝２年〈1674〉権中納言に任ぜられ、同６年に辞職。天和２年〈1682〉正二位に進み、同３年には新院伝奏となった。元禄14年〈1701〉に出家した。法名は嘯月。この和歌懐紙は、延宝５年〈1677〉１月19日の御会始で書かれたものである。時量はこのとき51歳であった。「春の日、同じく「春情有鴬」ということを詠める和歌／権中納言平時量／かしこしなもの改まる春に先進む道しる谷の鴬」
