竹内惟庸〈たけのうちこれつね・1636-1704〉は、江戸時代の公卿。竹内孝治〈たかはる・1586-1660〉の子。兄は俊治〈としはる・1610-1647〉。また、父は孝治ではなく俊治、とする説もある。惟庸は初名を能治といい、当治と改名したのち、延宝２年〈1674〉惟庸に改名した。貞享２年〈1685〉刑部卿に任ぜられ、元禄14年〈1701〉従二位に進んだ。この和歌懐紙は、延宝５年〈1677〉１月19日の御会始で書かれたもの。惟庸38歳のときである。「春日同詠春情有鴬和歌／弾正大弼源惟庸／聞くからに人の心ももあら玉の春にのどけき鴬の声」
