櫛笥隆賀〈くしげたかよし・1652-1733〉は、江戸時代の公卿。園池宗朝の二男。初名は実廉。左少将櫛笥隆胤の養子となり、隆慶に改名した。宝永４年〈1707〉には隆賀と改名。享保８年〈1723〉内大臣に任ぜられたが辞任。同９年に従一位に進んだが、同13年、出家した。この和歌懐紙は、延宝５年〈1677〉１月19日の御会始で書かれたもの。隆賀は改名前の26歳であった。「春の日、同じく「春情有鴬」ということを詠める和歌／左近衛権中将藤原隆慶／もろ人や飽かず聞くらし幾千年変はらぬ春を告ぐる鴬」
