伏原宣幸〈ふしはらのぶゆき・1637-1705〉は、江戸時代の公卿。伏原家は、清原氏船橋家の秀賢の二男、賢忠が起こした家。宣幸はその２代で、天皇の侍読を勤仕し、明経博士に任ぜられた。この懐紙の位署には少納言とある。宣幸が少納言の在任期間は、明暦２年〈1656〉から延宝５年〈1677〉までである。「春の日、同じく「水樹多佳趣」ということを賦す詩題中に韻を取る／少納言清原宣幸／樹林春深鳥喈々水緑蘋香遶翠崖勝概多々無限處吟情偏楽国風佳」
