正親町公叙〈おおぎまちきんのぶ・1514-49〉は、室町時代の公卿。実胤〈さねたね・1490-1566〉の子。母は三条西実隆〈さんじょうにしさねたか・1455-1537〉のむすめ。天文15年〈1546〉権大納言に任ぜられ、同17年に正二位に至る。これは、「七夕衣」の歌題により、天文16年〈1547〉７月７日の内裏歌会における詠歌と知る。公叙34歳。沈着冷静な筆致は、祖父・実隆の型（三条流）を継承するものである。「七夕に同じく「七夕の衣」ということを詠める和歌／権大納言藤原公叙／七夕の雲の衣のうらなくもひとへに待ちし秋の初風」
