唐橋在廉〈からはしありかど・1687-1750。「ありゆき」「ありやす」とも〉は、江戸時代の公卿。唐橋家の本姓は菅原氏。式部大輔唐橋在隆〈ありたか・1665-1707〉の子。元禄12年〈1699〉、13歳で穀倉院（米穀の貯蔵庫。貧民の救済、学生の学問料などにあてた）より、学問料を賜わる。この学問料は、単に給費を受けただけでなく、受給者が文章得業生（専門家養成コース）などを経て、専門の儒職に就く候補者とされたため、儒家の登竜門とみなされた。この懐紙は、「大学頭」の署名から、在廉が大学頭在任中の享保７～13年〈1722～28〉、つまり36～42歳の間の執筆と知る。「重陽、同じく「人情、皆菊に向く」ということを賦する詩便ち人字を用う／大学頭菅原在廉／瓊庭（美しく立派な庭）の黄菊、佳辰（よい日・時）を報ず、雨露の恩深く、殊に新を吐く。此の日、百官、同じく寿（長寿の祝福）を献ず、余香（残り香・めぐみのなごり）散じて属す、万家の人に。」
重陽同賦人情皆向菊詩便用人字大学頭菅原在廉瓊庭黄菊報佳辰雨露恩深殊吐新此日百官同献寿余香散属万家人
