九条輔実〈くじょうすけざね・1669-1729〉は、江戸時代中期の公卿。左大臣九條兼晴〈かねはる・1641-77〉の子。母は摂政九條道房〈みちふさ・1609-47〉のむすめ。延宝４年〈1676〉、８歳で叙爵したのち、順調な累進をとげて、享保元年〈1716〉に関白に至る。文芸を愛でた輔実は、とりわけ画才に秀でていたという。この懐紙は、歌題「幸逢太平代」から、元禄14年〈1701〉１月12日、霊元院の御会始のとき、つまり輔実33歳の執筆である。現存稀なる遺墨である。「春の日、「幸に太平の代に逢う」ということを詠める倭謌／内大臣輔実／波風もおさまれる代の春にあひて君につかふる人ぞたのしき」
