冷泉為富〈れいぜいためとみ・1425-97〉は、室町時代の公家、歌人。冷泉為之（ためゆき）の子。康正３年〈1457〉に権中納言となるが、寛正４年〈1463〉辞任。応仁２年〈1468〉には権大納言の極官をきわめた。その後辞任し、明応６年〈1497〉８月に出家、同年11月に没した。為富は冷泉家にありながら、家祖定家の書風を継承せず、勅筆流を書いた。この懐紙も、おおらかな勅筆流の特徴がよく出ている。権中納言在任中の33歳から39歳までの間の執筆である。「三首を詠める和歌／権中納言為冨／霧底筏山風に猶吹き落ちて河淀の霧にやむせぶ筏師の声／紅葉遍松ならでつれなく見ゆる露霜に染まる限りは紅葉してけり／後朝恋せめて又いつと頼まば東雲の辛き中にもふしや交じらむ」
詠三首和歌権中納言為冨霧底筏山かぜに猶ふきおちて河よどの霧にやむせぶいかだしのこゑ紅葉遍まつならでつれなくみゆる露しもにそまるかぎりはもみぢしてけり後朝恋せめて又いつとたのまばしのゝめのつらき中にもふしやまじらむ
