甘露寺伊長〈かんろじこれなが・1484-1548〉は室町時代の公家。甘露寺元長の子。初名は敦長。累進を重ね、大永元年〈1521〉権中納言に任ぜられる。天文３年〈1534〉能州（能登国）に下向、のち上洛して権大納言に任ぜられる。父の元長は、後土御門・後柏原両天皇に歴仕し、禁中御会の中心人物であったが、伊長もまた、和歌・連歌を能くした。これは、七夕の歌会で書かれた懐紙。権中納言在任中、伊長38歳から51歳までの間の執筆である。見られるように、位署の書写にあたり、本姓「藤原」を細味の線で書くのは、当時の懐紙書式の定型である。暢達した重厚な筆致に、能書の才を見る。「七夕に、同じく「七夕の木」を詠める和歌／権中納言藤原伊長／七夕の逢瀬の舟のかぢの葉に我ことの葉やそへて手向けむ」
