水無瀬氏孝〈みなせうじたか・1675-1741〉は、江戸時代の公卿。権中納言水無瀬氏信〈うじのぶ・1619-1690〉の子。水無瀬兼豊〈かねとよ・1653-1705〉の養子となる。累進して享保３年〈1718〉権中納言に任ぜられ、元文元年〈1736〉正二位に進んだ。「元禄千首」や「享保千首」といわれる、霊元院を中心とした千首和歌に相次いで出詠するなど、当時の歌壇での活躍ぶりがしのばれる。この和歌懐紙は、氏孝が権中納言となった享保３年12月から、辞職する同５年６月までの間で、季節は秋、とするとおそらく同４年に開催された歌会での詠であろう。「重陽、同じく「菊、佳色を添う」ということを詠める和歌／権中納言藤原氏孝／めぐみ世に秋置く露や九重もとのべに匂ふ白菊の花」
