烏丸光栄〈からすまるみつひで・1689-1748〉は、江戸時代の公卿。左中弁烏丸宣定〈のぶさだ・1672-1692〉の子。烏丸光雄〈みつお・1647-90〉の孫。享保９年〈1724〉に権大納言に任ぜられ、同19年には正二位に昇った。寛延元年〈1748〉に内大臣に任ぜられたが、その２日後に亡くなった。霊元上皇から和歌の指導を賜り、また歌会への出詠などが記録されるが、古今伝授は上皇の没後に、中院通躬から受けた。霊元上皇から「いみじき歌よみ」と評され、世間からは「今人丸」と仰がれたという。家集に『栄葉和歌集』がある。「享保七年八月十六日公宴内々御當座／光栄上（たてまつ）る／夕月夕暮の籬は霧の立ちこめて露の光も薄き月影／憂き秋の思ひもなしや山端の月待いでゝ向かふ夕べは」
