硬質黒色の一木より削り出された彫像。おそらく女児を模した像であろう。像全体は丹念に磨かれ光沢がある。下方に伸長する腕は胴体や脚に対して極端に細く表現される。口元から頬にかけて伸びる渦巻紋は刺青を表現したものであろうか。また額や胸部、腕には同一の文様構成からなる意匠が線刻される。これもまた刺青か装飾品を表現したものであろう。線刻には石灰が擦り込まれており、この技法はウッドラアク島が属するマッシム地域の彫刻に広く認められる特徴である。本資料の用途は不明だが類例には住居の守護を目的とする呪術を行う際に使用されたとの記録が残される。

As a prototype feature, the Keio Object Hub uses AI (machine learning) to generate keywords for searches and filtering.
For the first launch, Google Cloud's Vision API will be used to analyze the images of each object and automatically generate keywords.
