古筆了伴〈こひつりょうはん・1827-53〉は、江戸時代後期の古筆鑑定家。古筆本家第10世。了意〈りょうい・1751-1834〉の子。名は最恒（よしつね）。嘉永６年〈1853〉、27歳で早世した。細々と書かれたその筆跡は、古筆家代々に共通してみられる書風である。
