木瀬三之〈きせさんし・1606-95〉は、江戸初期の歌学者。名は正房（まさふさ）・随宜（ゆきのぶ）とも。号は三之・竹林斎（ちくりんさい）。京都の人で、晩年は大津に閑居した。里村昌琢〈さとむらしょうたく・1574?-1636〉の門に学び、松永貞徳〈まつながていとく・1571-1654〉と交遊があったという。自身の歌学書はないが、弟子の今井似閑〈いまいじかん・1657-1723〉の編纂とされる『諸説録（しょせつろく）』に、古今伝授を堂上歌人の僻習と批判する彼の言が記録されている。近代歌学の先駆をなす思想といえよう。元禄８年〈1695〉、90歳で没した。書にも優れ、脱俗の風は当時からもてはやされた。破格の筆法による奇癖の筆跡である。
