尊応准后〈そんのうじゅごう・?-1514〉は、関白二条持基〈にじょうもちもと・1390-1445〉の二男で、青蓮院第22代門跡。天台座主・天王寺別当を歴任、特に功労のあった公卿や武官、僧侶を優遇するために設けられた准三后（じゅさんごう）の称号を受けた。また、十楽院（じゅうらくいん）の座主をつとめたことから、世に後（のちの）十楽院座主とも呼ばれた。父持基も、当時能書として知られた公卿。尊応自身も青蓮院歴代の先例にならって尊円親王の流風を熱心に学び、青蓮院門跡中、屈指の能書と謳われた。書流系譜では、尊円流（青蓮院流）から独立して、自流を押し出した尊応流として独自の書流が立てられている。
