冷泉為理〈れいぜいためただ・1824-85〉は、冷泉為全〈れいぜいためたけ・1802-1845〉の子。安政６年〈1859〉権中納言、慶応元年〈1865〉正二位となる。歌道においては和歌御会の題者、奉行などを勤めた。明治18年〈1885〉、62歳で没した。その書は、父祖以来の典型的な定家流を示している。
